Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your ENIP student account at any time. It takes one email.
How to ask
- Email dpo@enip.ai from the IIT email address you joined with, with the subject "ENIP account deletion request".
- Writing from that address shows us the request is yours. If you can't use it any more, write from another address and include your name, IIT and the phone number on your account; we may ask a few questions to confirm it's you.
- We confirm by email when the deletion is done.
What is deleted
- your account: name, IIT, email, phone number, study details and what you were looking for;
- your chats and the CVs you shared in them, and your instant CV reviews;
- your points, waitlist place and referral code; and
- your activity on the website.
Friends you invited keep their own accounts. The waitlist places they gave you go with your account.
When
Within 30 days of your request. You are signed out everywhere as soon as we start.
What we may keep
Only what the law requires us to keep, or what we need for a legal dispute, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our Terms of Use, and only for as long as needed. Backups that still contain your data are overwritten within 14 days.
